Is there a charge to use my fitv?

There is no monthly charge. my fitv has both free and paid content. If there is a charge to view a particular TV Show or Movie, you will see it noted on the screen when you make your selection.

If it's available on the web for free, then we offer it for free.

If the content is not available for free, then we're providing customers with a pay-per-view option through our relationship with Amazon.com. my fitv lets you decide 'what and when' to watch. It's on demand - YOUR demand!

This eliminates the chance of any Internet slowdowns affecting your test results. If you are not a Frontier High Speed customer, there may be other sites available to you on the web.

Do I have to be a Frontier customer to use my fitv?

Absolutely not! The content of my fitv is intended for anyone residing in the United States.
